I am a qualified psychotherapeutic counsellor offering one-to-one counselling sessions in the Guildford area.

Trained in Humanistic Approach, Psychodynamic Approach, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Hypnotherapy, accredited by the National Counselling Society (NCS) and member of the National Hypnotherapy Society (NHS)

Working with Anxiety, Stress, Depression, Self-Esteem issues, Grief and Bereavement.

I aim to provide a safe, welcoming, non-judgmental space to support you and the issues you bring. I offer this service through different methods to suit you whether its over the phone, video calls, face-to-face sessions or even walking therapy.

I have always been passionate about helping others which led me to study counselling, achieving a level 5 Professional Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling Practice (Prof. Dip Psy C) and Hypnotherapy (Cert Hyp CS). I am PTSD and Trauma aware as well as addiction informed.

I have an enhanced DBS Certificate.
